Savoring the Life of Teresa R. Aguilar
Teresa Romero Aguilar, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away at the age of 93. Born in Salamanca, GTO, Mexico, Teresa courageously moved to the United States at the age of 18 with her husband, Manuel, where they built a legacy rooted in family, tradition, and mealtimes that turned simple moments into lasting memories.
The aroma from her kitchen filled hearts before filling bellies. Her kitchen was the heart of her home where love was served with a meal. Teresa was known for her strength, resilience, and the care she served with every gesture.
She had unwavering Christian faith and life lessons learned and taught through pearls of wisdom for any situation, which many still carry with them today. Teresa loved working with her hands and was meticulous with needlepoint, knitting and certified as a hair stylist. However, her joy was in taking care of her family.
Teresa's legacy is carried on by her sons, Manuel and Rica
