Age 73, late of Lockport passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 21, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with leukemia and Alzheimer's. Born and raised in Chicago, moved to Three Rivers, MI, moved back to Chicago, lived in Alsip, and a resident of Lockport since 1986. Member of Shepherd of the Hill Lutheran Church, Lockport. He graduated from UIC with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biology and from the University of Michigan, with a master's degree in environmental sciences. Ken owned and operated Em Kare Wound Care Company. He spent many dedicated years in the medical sales industry. In retirement he was a financial secretary at Shepherd of The Hill Lutheran Church, Lockport. In his younger years he enjoyed photography, playing racket ball, and deep-sea diving with his buddies "The Under Water Beavers".
