Sally A. Zanzola
(Nee Tynor)
Age 82, late of Lockport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Joliet and was a lifelong Lockport resident. She was employed by AT&T for many dedicated years, where she met her lifelong friends, Rose Basile Haleem, and Mary Babich who passed away in 2024. Member of St. Dennis Church, Lockport. Sally was an avid shopper, she loved going to the Casino and Al's Steak House with Joe where they made many friends, but most of all she cherished spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years and high school sweetheart, Joseph Zanzola (2021); her daughter, Melinda Zanzola – Story (2020); her parents, Casimir and Genevieve (Nee Kotowicz) Tynor.
Survived by her loving daughter, Melissa Zanzola of Joliet; son-in-law, David Story of Joliet; two cherished granddaughters, Davia DeFries (Rob Woods) of Lockport, and Genevieve (Andrew) Randall of Joliet; four adored great grand
